Fischer Farm Services has been managing and selling farmland to investors for over 30 years. All of the land we manage is located in the Mississippi Delta. With long growing seasons, favorable climate, and abundant irrigation water Mississippi Delta farmland provides a very secure investment.

This brochure will discuss the three tracts of land that we currently are calling the Sunflower Tracts. Along with his son, the current owner has been renting another plantation managed by Fischer Farm Services for the past four years. During these four years we have been very impressed with his crop yields, with keeping the farm clean and the farm roads smooth. The most noticeable was the transformation of the headquarters into a clean, well-maintained showplace. It is very apparent that this farmer and his son are hard workers, and we feel very fortunate to be able to have them as tenants.

Recently this farmer informed us that he wishes to sell his personally owned land, the Sunflower Tracts. From what we understand the farmer wishes to sell this land in order to raise capital to purchase a business. However the farmer very much wishes to keep operating the land after it is sold. Thus the new owners of the three tracts can take comfort that the newly purchased land will continue to be farmed by an experienced tenant that knows the land very well.
